In order to further enhance the safety awareness of employees and improve self rescue and mutual rescue skills, the human resources department of the company organized a special training activity of "cardiopulmonary resuscitation" in the afternoon of January 20. The activity was led by the managers of each production workshop, and more than 90 logistics and front-line workers participated in the special training. Director Zhao and head nurse Meng of the emergency department of Yinan County People's hospital were invited to give on-site lectures and demonstrations. During the training, Wang Zeen, the company's production director, and Wang Jiarong, deputy secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the trade union, participated in the whole process.

During the training, the medical staff explained the symptoms and signs of cardiac arrest, the application background, theoretical support and operation process of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Subsequently, the medical staff explained in detail and synchronously demonstrated the basic operation points and precautions of cardiopulmonary resuscitation from the three dimensions of "teaching", "performance" and "practice", guided the staff to carry out manikin practice one by one, and gave us a comprehensive and vivid first-aid skill training course. All participants actively participated in the training and mastered the practical operation ability of cardiopulmonary resuscitation with the help of medical staff.

Through this activity, the staff learned and mastered the first aid method of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Employees participating in the activity said that on-site first aid is the best way to save a person's life, which can enable more people to understand and master these two skills, and lay a solid foundation for the company to further strengthen safety production management, strengthen safety foundation and improve emergency response capacity in the future.
