This achievement not only fills the technical gap in China's high-end bearing material sector but also provides better solutions for the operation of equipment under extreme working conditions such as high corrosion and high temperature, marking that domestic bearings are accelerating their march towards the global technological frontier!

Taking practical application as an example, the weight of our company's traditional bearing steel product (Model: 363019A/YA) is approximately 5.32 kg, while the weight of the same-model product made of titanium alloy is reduced to 3.92 kg, representing a weight reduction of about 30%.

They are widely applicable to harsh scenarios such as food processing and chemical equipment.

1. Ultimate Lightweight Property: With a density of only 60% that of traditional bearing steel, their application in fields such as aviation and precision instruments can significantly reduce equipment load, improving energy efficiency and operational flexibility.
